Both the kids got skates today and we just got back from a 30 minute skate trip half way up the street and back 🙂 I would have included Joey but he already has his off and says, “it feels funny to walk.”

Fun at the pool

Visiting Uncle David today…
We came down to Lake Crystal to see Dave and Steph’s new house. It’s a very nice home! We went to lunch with Dave, stopped by his school so the kids could see his classroom. It was a nice visit, Carolyn and I are very proud of both Dave and Stephanie.

Our first family camping trip of the summer was a great time! We went with the Moilanen’s, both the kids and grown-ups had fun 🙂

Birthday Party!
The kids had their birthday parties today and what a great day to have a party!
Many but not all of their friends were able to make it. We were surrounded with lots of friends and family all day. Thanks to everyone!!

A week at the cabin
After our block party we left for the cabin for a week. What a great week!!

She has been working on this all week. Elizabeth and Carolyn were about to pull each others hair out from Elizabeth’s frustration but on Thursday night she took off!
